ROCKWALL, TX (Aug. 4, 2022) The community is invited to a celebration honoring beloved Rockwall County Library Children’s Librarian Doreen Miller, who is retiring after nearly 25 years of service.
“With countless books shelved and a truly remarkable number of story times conducted, we know Mrs. Miller is looking forward to all the free time she’ll have to read books during her retirement!,” said Lindsey Snelling, Youth Services Librarian. “Join us for a chance to say goodbye on Thursday, August 18th from 4 to 6 p.m. at her farewell party!”
All ages are welcome. Cookies and cake will be served. A craft activity will be available for children.
