ROCKWALL, TX (Aug. 12, 2022) The Rockwall County Republican Hispanic Club hosted a ‘Secure the Border’ meeting in July that welcomed Rockwall County Sheriff Terry Garrett, former Sheriff Harold Eavenson, Texas Border Sheriff Bennie Martinez, and Arizona Border Sheriff Mark Dannels.
Ray Myers presented “Declaration of Local State of Disaster” directed to each Texas county in order to prompt Texas Governor Greg Abbott to declare “an invasion” at the Texas southern border. The Resolution is on the Agenda at the Rockwall County Commissioners Court.
Sanctity of Life
At July’s Secure the Border meeting, RCRHC Betsy Gallagher, Donna Rolater and Shari London. presented Elesa Donham of Selah Creek with the proceeds from the Sanctity of Life event.
Protect Our Elections
The RCRHC is honored to host Dr. Laura Pressley, founder of True Texas Elections, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, August 18 at Harry Myer Community Center, 815 E. Washington, Rockwall. They also look forward to hosting Chris Lynch, Rockwall Election Administrator.
