Adventures with BRN: Journey through a trail of intrigue at ‘Pumpkin Nights’

Adventures with BRN: Journey through a trail of intrigue at ‘Pumpkin Nights’

ARLINGTON, TX (Sept. 30, 2022) Blue Ribbon News was invited to experience Pumpkin Nights at Howell Farms in Arlington last night. Members of our team enjoyed a magical journey through pumpkin land with 10-foot-tall jack-o-lanterns, the world’s largest pumpkin guitar, a 40-foot, hand-carved, smoke-breathing dragon, and a cornucopia of photo ops!

We visited several vendor booths, ate turkey legs (even gluten-free/sugar-free treats), watched a fire dance performance, then weaved our way through a half-mile Halloween walking trail with instagrammable moments at every turn.

We traveled through a Forbidden City, a Pirate’s Cove, and spectacular sights of over 5,000 hand-carved real and artificial pumpkins. It was an evening of intrigue and delight – just spooky enough to mesmerize and entertain, but not too scary if you have little ones.

ORANGE you happy it’s Fall?!

The Pumpkin Nights Festival was founded in 2016 at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds with a mission to “showcase local artists and celebrate the most magical time of year without the gore and scares.” For tickets, location and other information, visit their website at pumpkinnights.com.
