ROYSE CITY, TX (Oct. 12, 2022) — The Royse City Community Development Corporation recently approved a new partnership with The Retail Coach, the nation’s premier retail consulting, market research, and development firm to expand Royse City’s economic development footprint.
Royse City’s unique location in the Dallas Metroplex, swiftly growing population, and available sites in close proximity to the interstate creates a prime opportunity to recruit new retailers to cultivate a thriving business community.
The first step in The Retail Coach’s dynamic Retail360® Process will be to analyze the market and identify retail opportunities. This will include determining Royse City’s Retail Trade Area, which is the defined boundary from which the community draws 80-85% of its primary consumers. Using cell phone analysis technology, The Retail Coach will be able to pinpoint where people are coming from to eat and shop in Royse City. This will show that Royse City currently serves many other submarkets in the DFW area.
Next, The Retail Coach will identify what brands are needed in the community and will have the highest prospect for success. They will also create retail profile reports and other marketing materials to promote the community to national and regional retailers and restaurants. After curating a strong list of prospects, The Retail Coach team will actively recruit those prospects on the Royse City CDC’s behalf.
