ROWLETT, TX (Nov. 17, 2022) – The Rowlett Area Chamber & Visitors Center announced that nominations are open for the 2022 Annual Best of Rowlett. The community is invited to nominate their favorite businesses, events, organizations and more in 57 categories. Nominations will be taken online by visiting https://www.thebestofrowlett.com/Contender/Nominate through November 29, 2022. Businesses are eligible to be nominated in multiple categories and multiple nominations are allowed across the categories.
“The past few years have been hard on businesses. That’s what makes this race so important to Rowlett. The race uplifts our community and helps our businesses and people understand just how important they are. It is the ideal way to show your love for your favorite places,” explained Michael Gallops, President/CEO of the Rowlett Area Chamber. “Show support for our businesses in a way that costs you nothing and means everything to them.” This is the first year of The 2022 Best of Rowlett and the plan s to continue this for as long as it helps and supports the business community.
Nominations are free and easy to complete. Visit https://www.thebestofrowlett.com/Contender/Nominate and enter the business name and select the category. Add a comment or two about the nominee. Once the nomination is confirmed, visitors can access a list of nominees in each category. The 2022 Best of Rowlett will have 57 categories including Best Business Services, Best Financial Advisor, and more.
The Nomination period will close on November 29, 2022. Afterward, voting will open on November 30, 2022, and close on January 10, 2023. The community will have real-time access/visibility to the rankings through December 29, 2022. All residents of the community and surrounding areas are encouraged to vote for their favorites.
