ROCKWALL, TX (Feb. 12, 2023) Starting Wednesday, February 22, Clem Road will be closed for utility work for the Winding Creek subdivision project. The road will be reopened on Friday, February 24. Please see the aerial image of the closure. This work is weather dependent.
