ROCKWALL, TX (Feb. 25, 2023) Ericka Ledferd from Rockwall County was selected as part of the 2023 Leadership Women Texas (LT) as a high-potential woman leader whose primary focus is in Texas.
The 2023 Leadership Texas program includes three in-person sessions combined with some virtual networking content. The cities and dates for the 2023 cohort are Dallas, February 26-28, 2023, Bryan/College Station, May 21-23, 2023; and El Paso, September 28-30, 2023. Other Leadership Women programs include Leadership Women America, Leadership Women Pipeline, Leadership Women International, and Leadership Women Launch.
The Leadership Women Texas program brings together a diverse cross-section of women leaders across the state. By the end of the program, Ericka will broaden and reinforce her leadership skills and develop a great new network of friends and colleagues who can be helpful to one another personally and professionally. She was awarded a scholarship by a benefactor who believes in her leadership and the benefit that it can bring to the state of Texas.
