ROCKWALL, TX (Jan. 7, 2024) – Bobby Gallana is invested in the future of Rockwall County, and he has officially declared his candidacy for Rockwall County Commissioner Precinct 1 with the aim of shaping a brighter future for the community.
As Rockwall continues to experience growth, Bobby emphasizes the need for robust, solution-oriented leadership to address issues impacting our quality of life. “What Rockwall needs now is strong leadership with practical solutions to navigate this growth effectively, and that’s precisely what I intend to provide as County Commissioner.”
Bobby will bring economic expertise to ensure responsible handling of tax dollars by the County. “Being County Commissioner is a full-time commitment. I pledge to serve with courage and foresight, maintaining transparency and a dedication to efficient, solution-oriented governance, all while upholding the values that have made Rockwall successful,” he said.
Having grown up in Rockwall County, Bobby has deep ties to the community. He is a family man, married to Alma McClintock, and they are blessed with three daughters. A graduate of Rockwall High School, Bobby attended Texas A&M, then earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. Bobby boasts a professional background as an executive where he successfully led large diverse teams in developing strategic plans and operating multi-million-dollar budgets. Currently, as the owner of a Rockwall-based consulting group, he aids businesses in achieving consistent financial success through leadership training and operational excellence.
Bobby’s extensive leadership experience in both large corporate settings and as a small business owner in Rockwall positions him well to serve the citizens and the court effectively.
Beyond his professional commitments, Bobby actively engages in community service. He proudly serves as a Blue Tie Guy for the Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County, is the Rockwall Lions Club’s past president and currently serves as the zone chair for Lions Clubs.
