Heart of Heath 5k and 1-Mile Family Run set for March 30

HEATH, TX (March 4, 2024) The City of Heath invites you to its traditional Easter Saturday celebration featuring the Heart of Heath 5k and 1-Mile Family Run on March 30 at Towne Center Park.

The Runner’s Warm up by Camp Gladiator begins at 8 a.m., the Family Run starts at 8:15 a.m., and the 5K starts at 8:30 a.m.

Participants will receive a complimentary Heart of Heath t-shirt while supplies last and be entered into a drawing for great prizes donated by local businesses and sponsors. There will also be free coffee beverages and healthy refreshments, giant family games, music and some friendly competition like tug of war.

*5k course with chip-timed start and finish lines for 5k participants
