Rockwall County Extesion Office honors outstanding volunteers

ROCKWALL, TX (April 24, 2024) – In honor of National Volunteer Week, the Rockwall County Extension Office recognized five exceptional volunteers who went above and beyond in providing service and leadership for the Extension program.

These ladies collectively contributed more than 1800 hours of their time and effort. In the past year, 242 volunteers dedicated their time and energy to the Extension program, providing service hours valued at almost a quarter of a million dollars. During Tuesday’s Commissioners Court, County Extension Agent Todd Williams expressed his gratitude towards all the volunteers who made the Extension program a success.
