Don’t Miss the Eclipse!

The upcoming eclipse, known as the Great North American Eclipse, will be passing through Dallas, Texas on April 8, 2024! The path of totality will stretch from the southwest corner near Laredo to the northeast near Texarkana. The time of totality in Texas will vary depending on your location within the path, but it is expected to start at 1:40 PM and close around 1:45 PM local time. During totality, the sky will darken dramatically, revealing the sun’s outer atmosphere and stars may become visible.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and we want you to enjoy it safely with your new eclipse glasses. The first 1,250 people to donate cans at our food drive will get a pair, so mark your calendars!
