ROCKWALL, TX (May 31, 2024) Cathy Hovey, a Chandlers Landing resident, is excited about the 5th Annual Garden Tour in Chandlers Landing on Saturday, June 1st from 10 am – 2 pm. Rain date is Sunday, June 2nd from 1-4 pm.
Cathy will be giving away (while they last) FREE succulent ice plant clippings at her “Poolside Paradise” on Clipper Court.
There are eight gardens on tour and four drive-by gardens. Tour sheets with maps will be distributed at the guard gate at the main entrance into the community. Address for GPS is 1 Commodore Plaza in Rockwall.
A donation of $5 (or more) is requested for the tour with proceeds given to Chandlers Landing’s 50th Anniversary Celebration in July. Each $5 donation is an opportunity to win one of three garden angels, hand painted by local artist Betty Hoaglund. Donations and raffle tickets can be found at the 203 Yacht Club address.
In addition, there will be a plant sale on the patio at 5716 Southern Cross, and hand-painted pottery can be found at 323 Yacht Club.
