ROCKWALL, TX (June 17, 2024) Jason Linscott, CPA, has been named president of Texas Health Hospital Rockwall, effective June 16. He has served as the hospital’s interim president since April 10.
Jason joined Texas Health Resources in 2011, working in corporate finance and accounting roles before joining Texas Health Rockwall as the entity finance officer in 2016. He was promoted to chief operating officer/entity finance officer for the hospital in 2019. Jason played an integral role in the hospital’s $104 million expansion and renovation, overseeing all aspects of design and construction.
He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
Jason serves on the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee, is a graduate of the Leadership Rockwall Class of 2017 and received the chamber’s Chairman Award in 2024. He has served on the board of trustees for Providence Academy Rockwall and coached the school’s junior high and inaugural six-man high school football teams, achieving what he describes as “an honorable” 0-10 record. He volunteers at the YMCA as a youth basketball and volleyball coach and is a member of Redeemer Rockwall.
Outside of work, Linscott and his wife, Candis, enjoy spending time with their son and three daughters. He can be found enjoying Oklahoma football during the fall and on the pickleball courts most of the year.
