Bourbon with the Boys: Blue Tie Guys raise a glass to raise awareness

ROCKWALL, TX (Aug. 25, 2024) The Blue Tie Guys of the Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County invite you to join them for a bourbon tasting experience featuring Milam & Greene Bourbon, from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17 at the 360 Lounge at Sear Steakhouse at The Harbor.

Enjoy sunset views over Lake Ray Hubbard along with a cigar and appetizers. This event is a perfect opportunity to network with Rockwall leaders and business owners all while raising awareness and funds for the CACRC. Sponsorships are available. Who are the Blue Tie Guys?

The CACRC Blue Tie Guys are friends, leaders, and colleagues in our community who serve as champions for children in Rockwall County. Serving for a minimum of one year, they are committed to ending child abuse in our community through raising awareness and prevention, fundraising, and volunteering.

9th Annual Bikes for Tykes Teddy Bear Ride

ONE OF THE BIGGEST BIKER EVENTS IN NORTH TEXAS!

Music | Food | Vendors | Silent Auction | 50/50 Raffle
This is their 9th year to ride for the kids. More than 400 riders came out last year to enjoy and support. The 27-mile ride is fully police escorted, and this year, they will be outrider escorts posted every 100 riders just in case of emergency. In 2023, over 750 teddy bear/stuffed animals were collected for children and a total of $74,224.32 was raised for the CACRC.
The community is welcome, even if you don’t ride.
