ROCKWALL, TX (Sept. 12, 2024) Thanks to the voters of the 2021 bond election, the two ninth grade campuses mark an important milestone in the growth of the Rockwall ISD.
Rockwall ISD invites the community to the dedication ceremonies for the Rockwall High School Ninth Grade Campus and the Rockwall-Heath High School Ninth Grade Campus on Sunday, September 29, 2024.
The ceremonies will take place inside the common areas with a reception and campus tours to follow. The RHS Ninth Grade Campus dedication ceremony will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the campus located at 2850 FM 1141 in Rockwall. The RHHS Ninth Grade Campus dedication will begin at 4 p.m. at the campus located at 2727 S. John King Blvd. in Rockwall.
The two ninth grade campuses opened in the fall of 2024. Although ninth grade students are apart from the main high schools, Rockwall-Heath High School Principal Todd Bradford and Rockwall High School Principal Dane Steinberger assure that each high school and their respective ninth grade campus are one family.
