Chipotle opens new location with first drive-thru pick-up ‘Chipotlane’ in Rockwall

ROCKWALL, TX (March 27, 2025) Chipotle Mexican Grill opened its new location at 3000 N. Goliad St. in Rockwall Monday, March 24, featuring the brand’s signature Chipotlane, a drive-thru pick-up lane that allows guests to conveniently pick up digital orders without leaving their cars. It marks the first Chipotlane in Rockwall.

The restaurant is open daily from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. Rockwall guests are invited to try the brand’s newest protein, Chipotle Honey Chicken for a limited time.

Chipotle is currently hiring at Rockwall location and across the U.S.  There are approximately 30 jobs per location, with competitive benefits, including:
