The Rose Table releases Snow White Tea Party episode

The princess tea party recipes are now available on therosetable.com

Dallas, Texas (March 19, 2025) – The Rose Table creator Katie-Rose Watson hosted a Snow White Tea Party last weekend and released the episode on her popular Facebook Page and YouTube Channel yesterday. Photos, recipes, and inspiration from the garden party are now available on therosetable.com.

Watson was inspired by White’s iconic yellow, blue, and red outfit for the table décor and included many woodland touches such as pinecones, birds, and decorative mushrooms to add to the enchanted forest ambiance.

Watson served a whimsical menu heavily inspired by the Black Forest, the original Brother’s Grimm German fairytale, and the gooseberry pie that Snow White bakes in the original 1937 Disney movie. The first course included Gooseberry Tea SandwichesBlack Forest Ham Tea SandwichesCucumber Radish Tea Sandwiches, and Apple Chicken Salad served on apple slices followed by Vanilla Buttermilk Scones served with clotted cream and raspberry jam.

For dessert, Watson whipped up a quick and easy Gooseberry Fool and Mini Black Forest Cakes. She also served hyper realistic apple cakes custom made by renowned Dallas pastry chef and owner of Le Rêve Gelato and Patisserie, Andy Pham. “If queen Ina Garten taught me anything, it’s that you don’t have to make everything yourself,” says Watson. “I’m a huge Le Rêve fan. Andy Pham is known for making these incredible cakes that look like fruits and other things, and I knew I just had to include his apple cakes for my Snow White tea party.”
