ROCKWALL, TX (March 21, 2025) Starting Sunday, March 30 at 4 PM, drivers will see lane shifts on the I-30 frontage road between FM 740/Ridge Rd and SH 205/Goliad St in Rockwall (from Discount Tires to Olive Garden).
Work will begin on March 30 as TxDOT installs temporary driveways connecting businesses to the new temporary frontage road. Expect some driveway closures—you may need to use the next available entrance. More info to come soon. These temporary lanes and driveways will remain in place until 2026 while crews remove the old frontage road and build the new one.
