ROCKWALL, TX (April 30, 2025) Rockwall Independent School District calls all educators to join the District Teacher Job Fair on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the Dr. Gene Burton College and Career Academy from 3 – 5 p.m.
Rockwall ISD believes in shaping the future by investing in those who educate, support, and care for students. This event is a chance to explore career opportunities in a district that feels like family.
Stipends and a signing bonus are offered for critical need areas in special education. They include:
• $5,000 stipend for ACE, Adult Transition, ECSE, and BASE classroom teachers
• $4,000 stipend for Speech Language Pathologists, Diagnosticians, and School Psychologists
• $2,500 stipend for SLP-As
• $5,000 signing bonus for critical need areas
