Toyota of Rockwall champions local impact with $730,000 in Pediatric TBI Grants

ROCKWALL, TX (April 7, 2025) Toyota of Rockwall proudly served as a Dealer Ambassador for The Toyota Way Forward Fund, spotlighting two remarkable local organizations—Abide Women’s Health Services and the Rockwall Grace Center —as recipients of a combined $730,000 in grant funding. The investment is dedicated to advancing awareness, prevention, and access to care for Pediatric Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

The event, held April 3 at Toyota of Rockwall, brought together an impressive roster of local leaders, dignitaries and stakeholders. Also in attendance were executives from Gulf States Toyota and Toyota Motor North America, along with board members from Abide and Grace Clinics.

Highlights of the gathering included a grant check ceremony, heartfelt remarks from the recipient organizations, and powerful conversations on how these funds will directly benefit children and families throughout Rockwall County and beyond.

Rockwall Grace Center, a community-based 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization founded in 2013, received a generous grant of $390,760. Abide, a 501(c)(3) Black-led nonprofit offering culturally-informed prenatal and postnatal care, was awarded an amazing $342,500 grant.
