The 5-course Wine Dinner offers a creative menu with expertly selected wine pairings from Keenan Winery.

Dallas, TX (May 12, 2025) – McRae’s American Bistro & Cocktails invites wine enthusiasts and food lovers to an unforgettable Keenan Wine Dinner on June 3 at 6:30pm. The exclusive menu showcases our chef’s culinary masterpieces in a five-course dinner, complete with pairings of renowned Keenan Winery selections.

The five course menu features:

Cioppino Stew of mussels, cod, prawns, and calamari stewed in creamy pomodoro with sourdough toast, paired with Keenan, Chardonnay, Spring Mountain District, Napa Valley 2021

Black Pepper Pancetta Salad with spinach, crumbled blue cheese, toasted walnuts tossed in a cherry-balsamic vinaigrette, paired with Keenan, ‘Upper Bowl Vineyard,’ Cabernet Franc, Spring Mountain District, Napa Valley 2021

Lamb Lollipops served with okra and red bell peppers, finished with a mustard demiglace and pickled red onions, paired with Keenan, Merlot 2021, Napa Valley, California 2021

Parmesan Crusted New York Strip served over a cauliflower puree, with snow peas, shiitake mushrooms, and heirloom carrots, paired with Keenan, ‘Mailbox Vineyard Reserve’ Merlot, Spring Mountain District, Napa Valley 2020

German Chocolate Java Cake, a flourless dark chocolate cake, with layers of espresso, shredded coconut, and toasted almonds, paired with Keenan, Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, California 2019
