Kelli Delozier, Rockwall Market President at HomeBank Texas, teamed up with the incomparable Joy Weaver—nationally recognized etiquette expert, speaker, and author—for a fun and fabulous Fashion on a Budget experience for employees of KE Andrews, a property tax consultant firm located on Ridge Road, and HomeBank. Joy hit up Marshall’s, Target, Ross, and Walmart (a.k.a. “The W”) and worked her magic to create six days’ worth of stylish outfits—all for under $150.
Models from KE Andrews and HomeBank Texas took the spotlight, walking the runway in polished, professional looks for Monday through Friday, then turned up the glam for their Saturday night ensembles. The vibe? Empowered, confident, and totally chic!
Add in a delicious catered dinner from Mi Cocina and the restaurant’s legendary Mambo Taxis, and you’ve got a night full of fashion, friendship, and feel-good fun.
It wasn’t just about clothes—it was about lifting ladies up, embracing budget-friendly brilliance, and proving that style doesn’t have to break the bank.
