ROCKWALL, TX (Sept. 22, 2025) Mark your calendars—the most spec-QUACK-ular event of the year returns to the Harbor in Rockwall on Saturday, October 11! Voted Rockwall County’s #1 Community Event of 2024, the Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival is back with even more fun and excitement.
This fall festival features a huge kids’ zone, two stages with live music and entertainment, fantastic food trucks, a bustling vendor market, and a Halloween-themed Jeep Show with Trunk-Or-Treating for the kids.
New this year, catch the TX/OU Red River Showdown game on a giant screen in the Jeep Zone, complete with tailgate games and fan-fueled fun! And of course, the day ends with the main event—the famous Rubber Duck Race, splashing off at 6pm.
What is the Rubber Duck Race?
Thousands of rubber ducks, each sporting its own unique racing number, will be poised at the starting line, ready to embark on this eagerly anticipated race. The edges of the multi-level fountains at the Harbor will be full of spectators cheering for their ducks. It’s the race we’ve all been waiting for, with the ultimate prize on the line – a brand new 2025 JEEP WRANGLER!
Following a thrilling countdown by the crowd, the rubber ducks will take the plunge! Their journey to the finish line will include cascading waterfalls and aquatic acrobatics that are a spectacle to see! Their goal? Be the first to enter the Winner’s Tube. The first duck to emerge from the tube WINS THE JEEP!

Adopt Ducks! Each $10 duck you adopt has a unique racing number that is assigned to you before the race starts. The more ducks you adopt, the better your chances are to win!

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Texas seek to ensure that every kid who walks through their doors, especially those who need them most, reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
Grace Clinic – Rockwall County is a faith-based nonprofit family medical clinic offering affordable medical care to the entire community and charitable medical care for low-income and underserved county residents through a sliding scale program.
