Royse City Police Department recover missing 2-year-old related to an Arkansas Amber Alert

Royse City, TX (September 24, 2025) – On Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at approximately 9:45 pm, Royse City Police Officers stopped a vehicle on Westbound IH30 in Royse City, TX that was related to an Amber Alert that had been issued out of Lonoke County, Arkansas. The Amber Alert was activated when 2-year-old Bryson Lavell Hutchinson was reported missing from England, Arkansas around 3 pm the same day.

The missing child, Bryson Lavell Hutchinson, was inside the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop and was recovered unharmed. Officers took the driver of the vehicle, identified as Tikeyonna Hutchinson, into custody without incident. The driver reported herself to be the aunt of the missing child. Tikeyonna Hutchinson was later transported to the Rockwall County Jail and is being held on a warrant for Aggravated Kidnapping out of the State of Arkansas.

The Royse City Police Department was assisted in the investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety, the FBI and the Collin County Sheriff’s Office. There is no further information available at this time.
