Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Texas readies for 2nd Annual Youth of the Year Gala

An inspiring evening celebrating courage, leadership, and the bright futures of local youth

ROCKWALL, TX (Dec. 1, 2025)  — Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Texas is gearing up for its 2nd Annual Youth of the Year Gala, taking place Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the elegant Hilton Rockwall Lakefront.

This unforgettable evening will celebrate the remarkable young people of Hunt and Rockwall Counties who embody the values of leadership, character, and resilience that define the Boys & Girls Club mission. This powerful night will feature inspiring stories from Club members at every site, showcasing their journeys, challenges, and triumphs through the Boys & Girls Club experience. Guests will hear firsthand how Club programs are shaping confident, compassionate
leaders and paving the way for brighter futures.

The Youth of the Year Gala is more than just an event—it’s a night that celebrates possibility, purpose, and the power of community. Attendees will enjoy a chef-crafted dinner, live entertainment, high-energy live and silent auctions, and an exclusive after party that keeps the celebration going.

In 2025, the organization combined its Hunt County and Rockwall County celebrations into one regional gala—a move that resulted in a more powerful, impactful event for both youth and attendees. The success of that first unified celebration has set the stage for an even greater evening in 2026.

Every ticket, sponsorship, and donation from the gala directly supports programs that provide youth with academic enrichment, mentorship, leadership development, healthy meals, and a safe, supportive environment to learn and grow.
