ROCKWALL COUNTY, TEXAS (Dec. 1, 2025) — Justin Holland is proud to announce the launch of Legacy & Co. Real Estate, a brokerage shaped by the people, history, and values that have defined his life in Rockwall and Heath. The firm reflects a renewed sense of purpose and a deep commitment to serve the place his family has called home for generations.
For more than three decades, the Holland family has worked in real estate from their property on Ridge Road, the same location that now serves as the official headquarters of Legacy & Co. Real Estate. Justin’s parents, Saundra and Lance Holland, poured their lives into this industry and into the people of Rockwall County, setting a standard of service and integrity that continues through their son.
“We decided to name it what my family has been building here for multiple generations, a legacy,” Holland said. “I realized my father was not building a real estate company. He was building a legacy of service, integrity, and relationships. Our goal now is to honor that work and continue it through Legacy & Co. Real Estate.”

As the founding broker and the company’s first agent, Holland will personally establish the tone, culture, and standard of the new firm. Legacy & Co. will grow intentionally, not quickly. Holland emphasized that Legacy & Co. aims to attract agents who want more than a workplace—agents who want to be part of a family. “At Legacy, we do not just work beside each other. Holland also expressed deep gratitude to his wife, Neely Holland, for her support, encouragement, and partnership throughout this new chapter. He added, “Neely has been my rock in life and in this transition. Legacy & Co. is built not only on the legacy of my parents but also on the strength and love of my family today.”
Justin shared that part of what drives him is ensuring that his children understand the legacy of their grandparents. “Our kids hear stories of their “Pops” and their “Mimi” and what they built here. They look at this building and know it was a place where their grandparents worked hard, cared deeply for people, and lived out their values every day. My hope is that they grow up seeing Legacy & Co. as another chapter in that story, one that honors where we come from and points to where we are going.”

The newly remodeled headquarters honors the legacy of Saundra and Lance Holland and marks the next chapter of the Holland family’s longstanding presence in Rockwall real estate.

ABOUT JUSTIN HOLLAND
Justin Holland is a sixth-generation resident of the Rockwall–Heath area. He served four terms as State Representative for House District 33 from 2017 to 2025 and previously spent five years on the Heath City Council, including two terms as Mayor Pro Tem. He currently serves as Chair of the City of Heath Park Board, is a board member of the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business Advisory Council, and serves on the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Professionally, Holland has spent his life in real estate, growing up in the business founded by his parents. He is a licensed broker in Texas and Florida with extensive experience in residential, development, commercial, and land transactions. Legacy & Co.
