Casual, Southern-inspired brand debuts third Texas location with opening-day mug giveaway and ribbon cutting
SACHSE, TX (Feb. 3, 2026) – Huckleberry’s Breakfast and Lunch, the fast-growing brunch brand known for its Southern Cookin’ With a California Twist®, is bringing the sights, sounds and flavors of the Louisiana bayou to North Texas with the grand opening of its newest restaurant in Sachse this winter.
Located at 3105 Bunker Hill Road, Suite 108, just north of the President George Bush Turnpike and south of Sachse High School, Huckleberry’s kicks off its debut festivities on Monday, Feb. 9, treating the first 50 guests to a free “Who’s Your Huckleberry?” coffee mug and complimentary coffee. The celebration continues with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, Feb. 11, at 8 a.m.
Designed as a friendly, all-day brunch destination, the charming concept delivers a crave-worthy menu of Cajun-inspired favorites and brunch classics, including Mardi Gras Beignets, Stacked Chicken & Waffles, Cajun Benedict, Shrimp Po’ Boys, Fried Green Tomatoes, Louisiana Catfish and signature beverages like Huck’s Swamp Tea, Huckleberry Lemonade and specialty hot and iced coffees topped with whipped cream.
Beyond the menu, Huckleberry’s offers guests a full sensory escape. From the moment Sachse diners step inside, they will be transported to the bayou through signature design elements such as a weeping willow tree, twinkling fireflies, Zydeco music, vibrant murals and playful gator accents found in every Huckleberry’s location.
