ROCKWALL, TX (Feb. 11, 2026) – The City of Rockwall is in the process of creating the master plans for two new parks, Ben A. Klutts and Alma Williams Parks. As part of that process, all interested Rockwall residents are encouraged to attend and participate in an upcoming public meetings to provide feedback.
The public hearing for Ben A. Klutts Park will take place Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 6:30 pm at Sharron Shannon Elementary School. 3130 Fontana Blvd, Rockwall, TX 75032.
The public hearing for Alma Williams Park will take place Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 6:30 pm at Rockwall High School Ninth Grade Campus. 2850 FM 1141, Rockwall, TX 75087.
