ROCKWALL, TX (March 9, 2026) NTMWD’s contractor Garney is preparing to pour back Montrose Drive Entrance into Quail Hollow Subdivision. Montrose Drive will be closed starting Monday, March 16, 2026.
Please see the traffic control plan. The road is anticipated to reopen on Monday, March 23, 2026 weather and construction schedule permitting.
