ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX (March 6, 2026) – Congratulations to Coach Casey Dick, who was named Rockwall-Heath High School Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach. Coach Dick comes to Rockwall ISD with successful head coaching and coordinator experience at the high school level in Arkansas and Texas, along with a demonstrated record of building competitive programs grounded in strong culture, student development, and academic accountability.
He most recently served as Head Football Coach at Fayetteville High School in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he led the program to the 2023 Class 7A State Championship and earned Arkansas Coach of the Year honors following an undefeated season. Under his leadership, Fayetteville achieved one of the most successful seasons in school history while emphasizing character development and team culture.
Prior to Fayetteville, Coach Dick served as Head Football Coach at Van Buren High School and as Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach at Bentonville West High School, where he helped establish a new football program and guided the team to early playoff success. Earlier in his career, he coached in Texas at Byron Nelson High School as Quarterbacks Coach and Passing Game Coordinator, contributing to the program’s first playoff appearance.
Coach Dick is a former starting quarterback at the University of Arkansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Kinesiology. His experience as a collegiate student-athlete and as a highly successful Head Football Coach demonstrates his leadership philosophy centered on discipline, relationships, and preparing students for success beyond athletics.
