ROCKWALL, TX (March 9, 2026) Local winery and gathering place Rosini Vineyards invites the community to pull up a chair and stay awhile as it introduces an expanded menu and enhanced dining experience.
Owned by Greg and Carol Rosini, the family-operated winery at 411 State Highway 205 has been steadily growing since opening its doors in July 2021. What began primarily as a place to enjoy Texas wines and light bites has evolved into a destination where guests can enjoy a full meal paired with a glass—or bottle—of wine.
The latest chapter in that evolution comes with a newly upgraded kitchen and refreshed menu designed to elevate the winery’s food offerings.
“We just had a taste test of the new menu items and everything is so yummy—I am super excited,” Carol Rosini shared.
From flatbreads to full entrees
When Rosini Vineyards first opened, the kitchen was modestly equipped with a couple of electric ovens used to prepare flatbreads, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, and salads. But in 2024, the Rosinis made a major investment to expand their culinary capabilities.
The winery installed a commercial hood vent along with a six-burner gas range, oven, and fryer, opening the door for a broader and more sophisticated menu.
With those upgrades in place, the Rosinis enlisted the talents of chefs Collin Elliot and Giby Morgan, who helped craft a refreshed menu that now includes several elevated entrée options alongside the winery’s popular shareables and lighter fare.
Guests will now find dishes such as steak, salmon, and pasta selections on the menu, along with updated offerings across multiple categories. New favorites include items like gnocchi with chicken, a fresh spinach strawberry salad, and house-made desserts such as tiramisu, along with shareable plates like a spread trio.

A family story behind the winery
For Greg and Carol Rosini, the winery has always been about more than wine—it’s about family and community.
The couple met in 2006 and blended their family in 2008, bringing together five children. Today the family has grown to include four grandchildren and even a couple of well-known four-legged personalities. Guests may spot Lucy and Ethel, the Rosinis’ beloved fur babies, roaming the winery grounds—and even featured on their own wine labels.
That welcoming, family atmosphere has become part of the winery’s charm, attracting locals looking for a relaxed place to gather with friends.

Texas wines and future reserves
While the kitchen continues to grow, Rosini Vineyards remains deeply committed to its wines. The winery focuses on Texas-produced wines and is continuing to develop its barrel program, with plans to introduce additional reserve wines in the future.
To help share the message that Rosini Vineyards is both a winery and a dining destination, the Rosinis are also unveiling a new logo and signage under the name Rosini’s Winery & Eatery, highlighting the expanded food offerings alongside their wines.
