Rockwall Cares Annual Caregiver Conference Set For Sept. 17

ROCKWALL, TX (Aug. 4, 2026) Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County and Rest Haven Funeral Home & Memorial Park will host the ROCKWALL CARES 14th Annual Caregiver Conference from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17 at Rest Haven, 2500 State Hwy 66 East in Rockwall.

The community is invited to attend this FREE conference offering essential education, resources, and support for family caregivers, professionals, and community members.

Breakfast and lunch are provided.

There will be expert speakers on aging and caregiving, local resources and support organizations, raffle prizes, a flu shot clinic and more.

Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County and North Central Texas Area Agency on Aging provided information. The North Central Texas Area Agency on Aging serves adults aged 60 and older and their family caregivers who live in Collin, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, and Wise counties. Their mission is to create and maintain a coordinated health and social services network for older adults and family caregivers.
