Rockwall County Library’s Reading for Adults tutors joined U.S. Representative Ralph Hall in offering congratulations to the area’s newest U.S. Citizens. Ralph Hall presented each new citizen with an American Flag which has been flown over the U.S. Capitol at the ceremony.

Rockwall County Library’s Reading for Adults program provides free classes for those wishing to become U.S. Citizens. The program also offers classes to help those from other countries learn to speak, read, and write English and preparation classes for the GED exam.
