ROCKWALL, TX (April 12, 2023) The Rockwall Police Department will be participating in the Drug Take Back Initiative on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. You may drop off unused or expired medication at the Rockwall Police Department, 205 W. Rusk St., Rockwall, TX. We are not able to take liquids, aerosol containers or needles.
The Drug Enforcement Administration is also accepting vape pens to be disposed of. The batteries must be removed from the vape pen. For more information about disposal of vape pens or other e-cigarette devices, please follow the link below.
If you are not able to drop off your unused or expired medications on that day, there is a drop box located at the police station that is available 24 hours a day. The address is 205 W. Rusk St. and it is a red box that is to the right of the “Communications Center” entrance.
