Meals on Wheels to host caregiving conference for the sandwich generation

ROCKWALL, TX (July 29, 2024) Join Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19 for a FREE conference offering essential education, resources, and support specifically tailored for family caregivers, professionals, and community members.

This event is designed to help the sandwich generation balance their caregiving responsibilities while managing their own lives. It will be held at Rest Haven Reflection Center, 2500 State Highway 66 East in Rockwall, 75087. Anchor of Hope Hospice is also helping sponsor this event.

Breakfast and lunch is provided! There will be expert speakers, helpful local resources, and raffle prizes.
