‘What Did You Call Me?’

ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX (Aug. 16, 2024) As a long-time lover of reading, Kristy Weaver has always dreamed of writing and publishing her own books. With the recent release of her first children’s book, ‘What Did You Call Me?’the Woodcreek/Fate wife and mother of two teens is not only realizing her dream, but is looking forward to many sequels.

‘What Did You Call Me?’ is written lyrically with vibrant, colorful illustrations, showcasing the creativity of kids and highlighting how a child’s imagination can soar by simply expressing their emotions. Kristy explains that as she and her husband were raising her daughters, they were constantly laughing at the creative and imaginative names they would be called by their young girls; and that became the basis for the book. It is filled with slights and jabs created by real-life kids that aren’t really insults at all.

Ideal for children and adults of all ages, it is now available on Amazon and can be found on most larger retail websites as a hardcover, paperback, and digital copies.

The only thing Kristy asks is that “if you buy the book, please leave a review – good or bad; everything helps!”

Aside from reading and writing, Kristy says she loves to “bake, watch baking shows, work out (‘reluctantly’), travel, make memories, and spend time with  family and friends and overall enjoy this beautiful life.”
