HomeBank Texas welcomes Kathleen Evans as new Business Development Officer

(December 11, 2025) – HomeBank Texas is pleased to announce the addition of Kathleen Evans as its newest Business Development Officer, serving clients from the Bank’s Buckner Road location in Dallas. Evans will report directly to Eric Stacey, Chief Lending Officer, and will focus on expanding business relationships, supporting community partners, and strengthening HomeBank’s continued commitment to exceptional, relationship-driven service.

“Kathleen brings an extraordinary combination of community leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of the needs of local businesses,” said Eric Stacey. “Her ability to build meaningful, lasting connections—across multiple communities and organizations—makes her a tremendous asset to our team and the clients she will serve. We are thrilled to welcome her to HomeBank Texas.”

Evans is a longtime North Texas resident known for her decades of service, leadership, and civic engagement. She attended Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications with a minor in Journalism. During her time at A&M, she was an active member of Delta Zeta Sorority, an experience that helped shape her lifelong commitment to service and community involvement.

Her professional experience includes serving as District Director for former Texas State Representative Justin Holland, where she supervised staff and interns, managed district operations, and represented the office at community events while fostering strong relationships with area leaders, organizations, and constituents.

Most recently, Evans held an operations role with Regal Realtors, overseeing office operations, coordinating commission disbursements, supporting agents and title companies, and leading corporate event planning.

Evans has also dedicated years of volunteer leadership to organizations throughout the region, serving as President or Chair for multiple civic, service, and educational groups. Her leadership experience spans parent-teacher organizations, philanthropic groups, women’s leadership organizations, and community-focused nonprofits.

In her new role, Evans looks forward to being actively engaged with the Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce, sponsoring events with the Lake Highlands Women’s League and deepening HomeBank’s long-standing partnership with Buckner Children’s Home, an important community ally of the Buckner location.

Evans will continue to volunteer and participate in events that support families, local businesses, and community organizations throughout East Dallas and the surrounding area.

“We are honored to have Kathleen represent HomeBank,” said Kelli Delozier, Rockwall Market President. “She brings heart, professionalism, and a genuine passion for serving people and businesses. She will be an incredible asset to our entire HomeBank community.”

Evans and her husband, Dr. Ron Evans, are proud parents of two adult children, Sam and Molly Kate, and are active members of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.

Evans shared that she is eager to begin serving the Dallas business community. “I am grateful for the opportunity to help local businesses grow and succeed,” she said. “HomeBank’s commitment to personal service and local decision-making aligns perfectly with my values, and I look forward to building strong, meaningful relationships with our customers and our community partners.”
