ROCKWALL, TX (March 30, 2026) The City of Rockwall will host a Candidate Forum for Rockwall City Council Place 4 and Place 6 in the upcoming election. The event will take place on Thursday, April 9th at 6:30PM at The Center (108 E. Washington St).
The event will be open to the public, and also live-streamed so that residents have ample opportunity to view the forum. Candidates participating in the forum include, John Hagaman and Catherine Casteel (Write-In) for Place 4, and David Schoen and Anna Campbell for Place 6. Other seats up for election are not contested and will not participate in the Forum.
Early voting runs from Monday, April 20 through Tuesday, April 28. Election Day is Saturday, May 2.
