HEATH, TX (April 29, 2026) Lauren Stanford is a senior at Rockwall-Heath High School and the daughter of Kirsten and Steven Stanford. Lauren has been a member of the Heath Highsteppers for 4 years, continuing a passion for dance she first explored when she was younger.
Reflecting on her time in drill team, Lauren says she is most proud of the personal growth she has experienced along the way. She shares that she has learned when she commits fully and pushes herself beyond her limits, the outcome is always worth it.
Outside of dance and school, Lauren enjoys spending time working and being with her family and friends.
After graduation, Lauren plans to attend Baylor University, where she intends to study nutrition. Congratulations, Lauren!
