ROCKWALL, TX (May 4, 2026) – On April 19th, 2026, the Rockwall Police Department received a report from a female victim regarding an alleged assault that occurred during the early morning hours at an establishment in the 2800 Block of Ridge Road.
The case was assigned to detectives and after a thorough investigation arrest warrants were issued for 35-year-old Marquale Pierson and 35-year-old Gabrielle Pierson for Assault Causing Bodily Injury (Class A Misdemeanor).
The investigation revealed that Marquale Pierson was a police officer for the Rowlett Police Department when the assault occurred.
Both subjects were arrested on the morning of May 1st, 2026, and were booked into the Rockwall County Detention Center.
The Rockwall Police Department appreciates the cooperation and assistance of the Rowlett Police Department during this investigation.
The case remains under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division of the Rockwall Police Department.
