Chandlers Landing revives monthly Open House Tour, inviting buyers to explore resort-style lakeside living

ROCKWALL, TX (July 17, 2026) — Homebuyers, neighbors and anyone curious about one of Rockwall’s most distinctive waterfront communities are invited to the return of the Chandlers Landing Monthly Open House Tour this Sunday, July 19.

Held from 2 to 4 p.m., the tour will feature 16 homes currently on the market, offering visitors the opportunity to explore a variety of properties throughout the gated lakeside neighborhood. Tour maps and home information will be available for pickup at the Guard House, 2 Commodore Plaza.

The Open House Tour, traditionally held on the third Sunday of each month, is making a comeback after a hiatus. Organizers say the event is especially valuable in today’s new environment where buyer representation agreements are required for individual home showings.

“This gives prospective buyers a convenient way to experience multiple homes, compare different styles and floorplans, and get a true feel for the Chandlers Landing lifestyle—all in one afternoon,” organizers said.
