Angel League Fall 2026 Registration Now Open

ROCKWAlL, RX (Aug. 10, 2026)  – Know a child or adult with special needs who is looking to get outside, make new friends, and play ball? The Kiwanis Club of Rockwall County invites athletes of all abilities to join the Fall 2026 Angel League Baseball season, beginning September 2.

Registration opened August 1 for Angel League, a free adaptive baseball program for children and adults with special needs. The program is designed to give every athlete the opportunity to experience the fun of baseball in an encouraging and inclusive environment.

Angel League adapts the traditional rules of baseball so everyone can participate. There are no strikes or outs, every player gets a chance to hit and score, and assistance is welcome for athletes who need help batting or making their way around the bases. Walkers, wheelchairs, and mobility challenges are no barrier to participating.
Games are played Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at Yellowjacket Park, 995 Yellowjacket Lane in Rockwall on September 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30. October 7 and 14. There will be an end-of-Season Banquet on October 21 at 6:30 p.m. at The Center, 108 E. Washington St., Rockwall.

The Kiwanis Club of Rockwall County provides the Angel League program and uniforms at no cost to participating families, helping ensure every athlete has the opportunity to get on the field.

Families, caregivers and community members are encouraged to help spread the word to anyone who may benefit from the program.
