Aspasians Fall Marketplace Returns to Rockwall This Fall

ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX (Sept. 4, 2026) — The Aspasians are preparing to welcome shoppers, families and local supporters to the 2026 Aspasians Fall Marketplace, a beloved Rockwall County tradition celebrating community, local businesses and philanthropy.

For more than 50 years, the Aspasians Marketplace has brought together thousands of shoppers and hundreds of vendors for a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. The Fall Marketplace will continue that tradition at Wilkerson-Sanders Memorial Stadium, 1201 T.L. Townsend Drive in Rockwall on October 24, 2026. Admission is free and the event is open to the public.

More than just a shopping event, the biannual Aspasians Marketplace is an important fundraiser for the organization’s scholarship program. Proceeds from Marketplace vendor booth rentals and bottled-water sales help fund college scholarships for graduating seniors who reside in Rockwall County and attend local high schools. To date, Aspasians has raised and awarded more than $1.5 Million in college scholarships to local students.

Marketplace visitors can expect an exciting selection of unique finds from local and regional vendors, including boutique clothing and accessories, jewelry, handmade and artisan goods, home décor, seasonal items, gourmet foods, sweet treats, specialty products and distinctive gifts. Whether shoppers are searching for something special for themselves, preparing for the holidays or looking for a unique gift, the Marketplace offers plenty of opportunities to shop small, support local and discover something new.

“The Marketplace is a wonderful example of what can happen when a community comes together,” said Wendy Morris, President of Aspasians. “Every vendor, shopper and volunteer plays a part in supporting local businesses while helping Rockwall County students pursue their dreams of higher education.”

The Marketplace is organized by Aspasians, a volunteer group of women from Rockwall County who have dedicated their time and talents to service since 1972. Recognized by their signature navy-blue aprons, 35 Aspasians members work throughout the year to create an event that combines shopping, fellowship and meaningful philanthropy.

Vendor applications for the 2026 Fall Marketplace are currently open, with booth spaces limited. Local artisans, small businesses, creative entrepreneurs and specialty vendors are encouraged to apply.

The Aspasians invite the entire community to mark their calendars, bring friends and family, and experience one of Rockwall’s most anticipated seasonal traditions.
