ROCKWALL, TX (Sept. 30, 2026) PulteGroup officially broke ground on Del Webb Sonoma Verde, marking the brand’s first community on the east side of the Metroplex. The groundbreaking ceremony featured a ceremonial turning of the dirt and remarks from PulteGroup Division President Scott Bryson.
