‘Stress Less’ program at Rockwall library Oct. 28

ROCKWALL, TX (Oct. 21, 2026) Join Texas A&M AgriLife Extension for the Health Talk Express Stress Less Program at the Rockwall County Library on October 28, 2026, from Noon to 1:00 p.m.

This program offers practical tools and resources to help cope with daily stressors. Participants will take home tip sheets, first aid kits, and activities to help participants organize and alleviate some stress.
