(ROCKWALL ISD-February 15, 2013) Congratulations to 8th grade artist, Emily Mastronardi of Cain Middle School, for winning first place in RISD’s Multi-Cultural Art competition, held February 7.
The event celebrated the many cultures represented in a student body of nearly 14,000 students.
