Rockwall Chamber recognizes Business of the Month (VIDEO)

(ROCKWALL-May 6, 2013) The Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce recently named My Computer Guy as its May Business of the Month. The full-service computer, networking and consulting company is locally owned and operated by Bill and Sheila Hair. They’ve been serving small to mid-sized businesses and residential customers in Rockwall, Heath, Fate, Royse City, Rowlett and surrounding cities since 1996.

“We joined the Chamber in 2004. We got active right way,” said Sheila. “We started going to ribbon cuttings and networking events, Business After Hours….We sponsor some of these special events and we got our employees involved in the training.”

Both Sheila and Bill are also active Ambassadors with the Chamber.

“While we’ve grown to help other businesses, we’ve been able to help our business as well. That’s the beauty of working within the Chamber of Commerce; as you help others,  it does come back to you,” said Bill.

My Computer Guy was also named the Chamber’s Small Business Partner of the Year in 2006 and 2010.

Edgar Culebro with Arboleda’s Mexican Grill, the Chamber’s April Business of the Month, presented Bill and Sheila with the award.
