ROCKWALL (November 18, 2013) The Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Texas Fit Chicks, offering all-women’s group fitness classes for all ages!
Texas Fit Chicks workouts are shown at various levels – beginner, intermediate and expert – so you can follow along at your own pace. Their women’s boot camp in Rockwall is very different from a traditional boot camp. They motivate from within by offering fun, innovative workout routines in a supportive environment.
