ROCKWALL, TX (June 16, 2014) The Rockwall Police Officers Association is proud to announce the recipient of the 2014 Rockwall Police Officers Association Scholarship. This year’s selected recipient is Julie Dickerson, the daughter of Johnny and Joann Dickerson. Julie has been awarded a $500 scholarship to be used towards college expenses. She plans to pursue a career as an attorney specializing in child advocacy and will attend Texas A&M University in College Station in the Fall of 2014.
