PLANO,TX. (August 8, 2014) Hundreds of students across the Plano area still need an athletic physical for school sports and community sports leagues. Whether your child plays a team sport like football or volleyball, or specializes in a solo sport like tennis or wrestling, he or she will need a doctor’s authorization to be eligible to participate.
Plano Urgent Care offers athletic physicals seven days a week for $25.00. However, every day during the month of August (2014), Plano Urgent Care will offer a reduced rate on sports physicals during regular clinic hours-only $5.00 per child.
You may print off the required athletic physicals’ form from the Plano ISD website, or the clinic will have extras on hand as well.
Plano Urgent Care is open 7 days a week, as follows:
Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
The clinic is conveniently located at 901 W. 15th, the northeast corner of 15th &Alma(in front of Bed Bath & Beyond).
